Our Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting our DEE Store.

Please be aware that our return policy permits exchanges within a 14-day timeframe from the date of purchase. Should the item be found to be damaged in any way or you have raised the return after 14 days you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange.

 

In order to receive a Gift Voucher to the value of your return, your item will need to be in the same condition as what you received it and undamaged in any way, and with all tags intact.

Please contact us at dequineessentials@gmail.com to inform us of your intent to return and the reason before sending your goods.

 

Courier charges for returns and exchanges are for the buyer’s account.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Credit Process

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the item/s. You will receive an email to confirm whether all is in order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit/exchange, should your return be approved, you will be issued a gift card for the return value.

 

This process can take up to 5 business days. If your return is rejected, you will be required at our own expense to arrange the courier to collect your items from our premises.

We only replace items if they are factory damaged or defective upon receipt. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. In this case DEE will pay for the courier charges to send the replacement item back to you. For a defective garment, you will need to take images of the defective area and submit them with a full description to the below email address dequineessentials@gmail.com .

Exchanges

If you have ordered an item and wish to exchange it for the same item, but for a different size as an example, send us an email at dequineessentials@gmail.com to confirm we have stock and can reserve it for you while we process your exchange.

Exchanges will also be arranged should you receive the incorrect item.

Exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes will be accepted as long as the item is in its original packaging and condition with all labels/tags attached. Courier fees will be for the buyer’s account.

NB: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

NB: All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
